Antisemitism Training BY Jhive

What Is Antisemitism Training?

Antisemitism training helps organisations recognise, prevent, and respond to antisemitism in the workplace. In the UK, antisemitism is treated as a form of religious discrimination under the Equality Act 2010. This means employers have a legal duty to protect Jewish employees from harassment, victimisation, and discrimination at work.Effective training goes beyond definitions. It helps leaders and staff identify real examples of antisemitism, understand their impact, and take appropriate action. It also builds confidence to support Jewish colleagues and create safer, more inclusive workplaces.

Antisemitism in the Workplace

Antisemitism in the Workplace

Antisemitism at work can appear in many ways — through stereotypes, exclusion, or microaggressions.
These behaviours are sometimes subtle, but they have a real and lasting effect on Jewish employees.
Training helps teams spot issues early, understand why they matter, and respond constructively.
For UK employers, proactive antisemitism training builds trust, reduces risk, and strengthens workplace culture.

Antisemitism training

A Holistic Approach to Jewish Inclusion
At Jhive, we go beyond one-off antisemitism training.
We take a holistic approach that aligns with your wider EDI goals and builds long-term cultural change.
We look at workplace culture, policies, leadership behaviours, and everyday practices that shape Jewish inclusion.

Strategic
By understanding your organisation and the lived experiences of Jewish employees, we help identify where targeted action can make the greatest impact.
This ensures change is practical, effective, and embedded in daily operations.

From insight to action
Listening sessions with Jewish employees help you turn insight into meaningful steps.
We work closely with HR and EDI teams to design actions that strengthen inclusion and confidence across your organisation.
